A Charity Bike Ride for the Benefit of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
To honor the memory of
Robb McNaughton and Stacy Stranick
RM3 is a Charity Bike Ride in Waxhaw NC for the benefit of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The ride honors the memory of Robb McNaughton and Stacy Stranick
Stacy lost her father to complications due to non Hodgkins Lymphoma the same cancer that took Robb's life. Stacy was actively involved in the promotion and development of the first RM3. She was committed to making RM3 a success our inaugural year and pledged to help even more in years to come. Stacy was tragically killed by an inattentive motorist in 2018 weeks after riding in RM3. Stacy was a ray of sunshine who loved her husband, family and her cycling community. We will honor Stacy with a section of the ride called Stacy's Sprint. A portion of the proceeds will also benefit Bicycle Advocacy.
But who was RM3?
Robert McNaughton (RM3) was my best friend. His journey fighting lymphoma inspired me to improve my health, begin cycling, and complete a 100 mile charity ride. Now I want to honor Robb by raising funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS), so I am organizing the RM3 Charity Bike Ride. Come ride with me!
